How does buying through a personal advisor or office work?
Choose a product (gold or silver), and the amount you want to invest, and you will get that fixed price.
Your purchase is complete after your deposit is made. Deposits should be made within 24 hours of your receiving confirmation that the purchase process has been initiated.
You can collect your purchased assets at our offices or through your personal advisor. If the purchased assets are not in our local stock, you can collect them within one or two weeks from the day of deposit.
You will receive an invoice for your purchase. Our precious metals are guaranteed to meet the ‘Good delivery’ standard.
