We would like to inform you that a security upgrade of the Valores Metal Account application will take place on Saturday and Sunday, 8 and 9 August 2026. During the upgrade, the application may be temporarily unavailable at times.

As part of the upgrade, we will also update two-factor authentication (2FA). The current SMS-based verification will be replaced by authentication through an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).

Users who currently have two-factor authentication enabled will need to activate it again once the upgrade has been completed.

Once the upgrade is complete, we will notify you and provide instructions on how to enable the new two-factor authentication.

No action is required from you until then.
